What is a mail club?

It's a monthly subscription that deliveries every month right to your door. It's a way to stop scrolling screens, a treat you gift yourself to slow down, enjoy tangible art and be in the present moment.

What is interactive mail club?

It's a mail club where analog and digital meet. Interactive because I want you to have an active role in this through the newsletter and social media. In addition, you will get access to an exclusive page to take polls and choose little details of the following month rewards. It only lasts a few days, to allow us to be on time for the organization of the month.

 What will I receive in the mail if I join?

It depends on the plan you've chosen.

interactive mail club (base plan) includes an A6 postcard, 2 stickers that might be glossy, matt, olographic etc. (it changes every month), a letter (the mini version of the full one you'll find on substack if you decide to join the newsletter;

interactive mail club premium (premium plan) that includes all of the above, plus an extra reward that might be a journal sticker sheet, a print, laminated sticker/s etc.

When does my subscription renew?

Your subscription automatically renews every month on the 24th. Your package will be prepared and shipped on the 27th of each month. Example: Sales opened on February 24th and will remain open for a full month. After the month closes, orders will be processed and shipped 3 days later, on 27th.

How long does delivery take? 

It depends on the country where it is shipped

Italy: 4-7 business days;                                       

Europe: 8-10 business days;

International: 12-24 business days.

What should I do if my mail doesn't arrive or it's damaged?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time or it is damaged, please contact us on our contact page.
